Blake Rambo

Blake joined EskewDumezRipple in 2021 following tenures at Cooper Carry and Dwell Design Studio, where he developed a distinct specialty in mixed-use and hospitality projects.
He was instrumental in the design and delivery for the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel, a 217-room, 18-story hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as the Lancaster Marriott Hotel Addition, a 110-room extension of an existing convention center hotel in the heart of Lancaster, Pennsylvania aimed at attracting larger conventions.
On each of the aforementioned projects, Blake honed his skillset across all phases of design, notably handling much of the construction administration, including RFI and submittal reviews, along with site visits and reports. His experience in the delivery of such hospitality projects have proved integral to our firm.
